The best lawyers: men or women?

In different countries, societies and cultures, the way that work is divided between men and women is very different.

For example, in my country it is very unusual for women to work on road gangs - that is women working to build and maintain roads. This type of work is done by men in my culture. However, in Myanmar, it is usually women who do this type of work.

The sexual division of labour refers to the way each society divides work among men and women according to socially-established gender roles or what is considered suitable and valuable for each sex.
