Studying abroad

Many younger Asian people, especially civil servants, want to further their studies at an academic institution in a foreign country.

One of the reasons that studying abroad is so attractive is that there are a significant number of scholarships available to study in a countries such as China, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

But what about the problems of studying abroad? Do the benefits outweigh the drawbacks?
