In the modern world, people are lifelong learners (= never stop learning) to improve their lives. For continuous learning, our short-term memory or long-term memory plays a vital role.
Everyone has moments of forgetfulness for a while, especially when we get busy. Although forgetfulness can be a normal occurrence, having a poor memory can be frustrating.
When I was young, I heard that genetics plays a role in memory loss, especially in serious neurological (= related to the brain) conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease. After listening to this video, I’ve discovered that diet and lifestyle also have a major impact on our memory. The video also informed me of some precious ways to improve our memory naturally and I would like to share this knowledge with all my friends.
