The Middle Path

Buddhism is often described as the 'middle path'. This is one of the teachings of Gautama Buddha. The middle path is often understood as the path between indulgence (having too much) and asceticism (having very little).

It is a teaching that it very meaningful now, as many people around the world have to 'let go' of their habits and routines. For some people, who are practised in Buddhism, this is less difficult, but for others, they are suffering.
