Migration is a huge global issue at the moment, which is affecting many countries around the world. There is a good possibility, if you are going to sit the IELTS exam in the next year, that you will get some questions asking about migration.

Migration can occur between countries, and also within countries. Migration that occurs within a country, is called internal migration and it is most commonly related to urbanisation.
