This diagram describes about the process of booking Taxi driver. According to the diagram, there are two ways with three steps to book. One way is booking by phone to the operator and the operator will connect to the Taxi Service Server after receiving the booking. The other way is booking from online. In this way, the customer need to book to the workstation and they will connect to the Taxi Service Center to get the taxi driver. They give services with three types of car for Taxi from Taxi Service Center: small, medium and the biggest. The small and medium cars are for the people but the biggest one is to carry only for things like furniture.
